Nunca compras un colchón en Dormity!! Servicio cliente horrible y inaceptable!
Estaba buscando una tienda específicamente con un periodo de prueba porque tengo problemas de espalda y el colchón es muy importante.
Al principio me ha dicho que tengo 30 días de probar. Había un retraso en mi mudanza y por eso después de 14 días le llame para explicarlo y para decir que tenia mucho dolor. La empleada María Jesús me ha dicho que las condiciones ha cambiado y tengo 100 días para probar y necesito probar para mas tiempo para acostumbrarme. Después de 60 días volví a llamarle porque tenia el mismo dolor. Me dijo que María Jesús ya no trabaja en la tienda, y que las condiciones fue de 30 días y no puedo hacer nada.
Es totalmente injusto! A causa del error de tu empleado me dejaron con mucho dolor y un colchón que vale 800e sin opción para cambiarlo. Además esta en condición perfecta y puede venderlo a otro.
Es injusta y inaceptable de tratar clientes así. Voy a hablar con un abogado y el OCU para tener un forma de compensación.

Never Buy from Dormity. Worst experience of customer service!
I had spent a while looking for a matress as i suffer from back problems and chose Dormity as they have a 30 day trial period. There had been a delay in moving into my new flat, so i called and explaned the situation and that after 2 weeks i was having a lot of pain sleeping on the matress. The employee Maria Jesus informed me that there was now 100 days from the day i started to sleep onthe matress and i needed more time to adjust to it. After 60 days I called back and a different employee told me that I bought the matress with 30 day trial and that Maria Jesus no longer Works at the store and they refused to change the matress. They have now left a client who paid 800e with severe back pains and zero cooperation to do anything despite it all being the fault of their employee!!
Absolutley unaccpetable and despicable service! Will report them to OCU and speak to my lawyer about options for compensation.
